Micro-Current Treatment

For this treatment the therapist will be using moderate to heavier pressure and will focus on knots and adheisions. Often the therapist will incorporate body positioning, stretching, and a wide range of techniques to help reduce muscle tension and restore range of motion.

Therapeutic Massage

This is a therapeutic style treatment with the addition of silicone or polycarbonate cupping to help relieve tension and adhesions within the body. Tace is trained in many ways to utilize the cups to acheive the best possible results!

Therapeutic Massage with Cupping

Spa style treatment that focuses on light to moderate pressure and flowy strokes for the entire session. Often done as a full body treatment.

Relaxation Massage

Therapeutic or relaxation massage with basalt rocks heated to ~52 degrees. Please note the stones require a minimum heating period of 40 minutes so they can not be added on last minute

Hot Stone Massage

Session can be done in sidelying position with lots of pillows and special draping techniques to effectively access all parts of the body, or I can set up the pregnancy bolster which will allow you to lay face down for the session without putting pressure on your little peanut!

A revolutionary treatment that utilizes a science based approach to greatly decrease muscle tension, joint restriction, chronic pain, and nerve restriction by releasing adhesions*. This treatment is done fully clothed without lotion and requires clients' active participation. Brief 3 second spikes of mid level pain are used to trigger targeted inflammation which kickstarts the body's natural healing process! Ideally the first session should be booked as a 45 min, then following sessions should be either 30 min or 15 min. This treatment also works best when done 3-4 days apart over several sessions, and pairs well with activity post treatment.

*Adhesions typically form as an adaptation to prolonged excessive mechanical stresses such as tension, abnormal friction, and compression. Frequent inflammation can lead to adhesions as well. These factors lead to reduced circulation which results in the laying down of additional tissue and mis-firing nerves .

During this session I will use a very light, non-invasive touch and direction of energy to help encourage your body's natural healing processes. Our primary focus is slow, gentle fascial release of the spinal column and cranial bones to assist in re-balancing your body's cerebral spinal fluid flow, which allows a return to a more para-sympathetic (healing) state! You will remain fully clothed and face up for the entire session with minimal need to participate. Please note before a cranial session your hips must be checked and leveled to allow sacral movement.
